■ Shelter

[Zionward21’s Position]

What Japan needs is not the “import of ideology,” but “implementation.”

Although Japan is a disaster-prone country, shelters and evacuation spaces
have long been treated as “special” or “unrealistic.”

We do not simply imitate the systems of Switzerland or Israel,
but redesign them to suit
Japan’s legal system, land conditions, and social structure.

Business Overview
In preparation for nuclear, chemical, and large-scale disasters, which are difficult to address with conventional disaster prevention systems, we provide nuclear-response underground shelters through a leasing-based model.

▼ Why Leasing?

A practical approach to preparedness without disrupting operations
  • Reduces initial implementation costs
  • Flexible operation based on required duration and intended use
  • Enables adoption at the corporate or facility level
  • A realistic design that considers long-term maintenance and upgrades
  • A system designed to eliminate the barrier of wanting to prepare, but being unable to implement.
